APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO DRIVE ON CLOSED ROAD

IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR THE WHOLE EVENT YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL IN THIS APPLICATION
IF YOU ARE A LOCAL ATTENDING THE ANNIVERSARY PARTY ON OCTOBER 4 YOU DO NEED TO FILL IN THIS FORM

As you will be driving on a closed road to gain access to the Regatta Camp
the Club will apply for a permit from SA DIT on your behalf.
Fines apply to those driving on a closed road so a permit is mandatory.
Permit will be emailed to you. The following information is required:

1. Use TAB KEY or MOUSE CLICK to move through fields
2. Please check your entries before registering
3. If you do not receive it within a few minutes check your Junk folder.
4. If it is there mark it as not junk so that future emails from LEYC will be placed in your In Box
